What you get

  • Coaches adjust the session on the day, not after the flat performance.

  • Athletes build their own pre-competition routine: check-in, a WOOP plan, paced breathing.

  • Athletes own their data. Staff see squad totals, and it's never used for selection.

"He looked flat and we didn't know why."

The athlete is often the last to know. People on two weeks of six-hour nights were far more impaired than they felt.

What changes through a training block.

  1. Day 30

Athletes: Athletes check in daily and know their own pattern.

Staff: Staff agree the review criteria for the block.

  2. Day 60

Athletes: More athletes mention a bad night before warm-up.

Staff: Coaches adjust sessions on the days it matters.

  3. Day 90

Athletes: They run their own pre-competition routine unprompted.

Staff: You compare availability with your baseline.

Straight answers.

Short answers to what people ask first. All questions

  • No individual data shared with employers
  • Totals only for groups of 10+
  • We never sell data
Can I see which athlete is struggling today?

Individual check-ins stay with the athlete, because athletes hide things when honesty might cost selection. The routine encourages them to tell you themselves.

Should a Recovery day stop an athlete from training?

No. The day state plans the athlete's own five minutes. Training decisions stay with your staff and medical team.

Does it work with our wearables?

Not yet. Wearable connections are coming soon. Today it runs alongside your existing tracking.

Will it make my athletes perform better?

It builds a daily readiness and recovery habit from well-researched methods. Your block pilot shows what changes for your squad.
