What you get
Staff start nights with a plan, and finish them with two minutes that let the shift stay at work.
Your wellbeing lead sees recovery days cluster after three-night runs or short-staffed weekends, and takes it to the staffing huddle.
No EHR access, no integration, no names. No manager can see which nurse is exhausted.
Nobody on your unit is short of commitment. They're short of sleep, breaks and a way to say so.
You already run staffing models, safety huddles, an EAP and resilience programs. Fatigue still stays invisible until it's a near-miss, a sick call or a resignation letter.
Pilot it on one or two units. If it doesn't earn its place, you walk away.

We never sell data
Can managers see which nurse is exhausted?
No. Sponsors see anonymous totals for groups of 10 or more consenting staff. Nothing in ZoneIN feeds performance management or fitness-for-duty decisions.
We already have an EAP and a resilience program. Why add this?
Those are places staff go to. ZoneIN fits inside the shift, and gives you a unit-level signal for scheduling conversations.
Does it touch patient data or need IT?
No. It holds no patient information and connects to none of your clinical systems.
Is Ward Rush clinical training?
No. It's short practice for holding a task in mind through interruptions, and every game ends with a small step to try on the next shift.
